wow! Taking the jalebi post to the next level with this video. The person 'pouring' the jalebi's into the oil is amazingly fast - is it your godself who's doing this? And the finished jalebi's look so unresistable, mmmm... Now you've got my taste buds salivating.

And sshhh, don't let satvinder know, or she'll finish lot.

    Great post.

yes! this fellow is amazingly fast so I took the video. His Jalebies are quite famous( tasty too!) and are made in Desi Ghee.

here's another post on the subject of jalebis.

"SS, break up the jalebi into small pieces in a bowl and pour over hot steaming whole milk. Particularily good for you if you have a cold or cough."

Has anyone tried this. Put a jalebi in a bowl and pour milk on it so that the jalebi is submerged in it. Keep it over night in fridge and eat it in the morning. The Jalebi swells to double its size and becomes very soft and flufy.

Sarvjeet Singh ji, I have to really try this out. It looks so tempting. But the number of calories in Jalebi is quite high and this is the only problem in my age group. But I am going to try it anyways definitely.
